Alameda County Sheriff’s Office Dublin Station

AE3 served as the Prime Architect and Construction Manager for the new Alameda County Sheriff's Office Dublin Station, situated within the Patelco Credit Union Headquarters building in Dublin. Developed as a “turnkey” tenant improvement project by Patelco, the County’s landlord, this facility is strategically located near the Santa Rita Jail. The non-public-facing office includes specialized areas for fingerprinting, CAL iD, Internal Affairs, and Background Check functions, in addition to administrative offices and dedicated training spaces.

Following an extensive programming phase with the Sheriff's Department, AE3 collaborated closely with the Sheriff's Office and Patelco to refine the schematic design, ensuring it met all operational and security requirements. The design was then finalized and approved, aligning the functional needs of the department with the architectural vision for the space.
