Arlington Medical Center

To streamline their medical office space and bring their medical technology up-to-date, the Arlington Medical Center Group selected AE3 to design a 12,500-square-foot tenant improvement project. The project was completed in two phases so that patients received continuous care throughout the renovation.

The project modernized area inpatient operations including 23 exam rooms, a patient waiting area, three ADA-accessible registration areas, and ADA-accessible restrooms. Advanced imaging and treatment areas were included to ensure that patients utilizing the center were treated with the most current and scientifically advanced technologies. In addition, a flexible design with the future in mind will permit the facility to accommodate emerging technologies and advances in medical care with minimal facility costs.
