College of Alameda ASCO Fire Training Tower
AE3 worked with the County of Alameda in providing improvements to the training facility for the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office by adding a new four-story tactical training structure. The Project consists of a new concrete foundation and the prefabricated tower components as supplied by the County. The electricity for this tower was included in the scope of work to incorporate lighting and power for training devices as per ACSO requirements.
In addition to the Construction Document Package, AE3 also spearheaded the creation of an Overall Site Plan. It considered factors such as accessibility, landscaping, and integration with existing infrastructure. Code analysis and compliance were paramount, and AE3 left no stone unturned in this aspect. The team meticulously analyzed and documented the applicable building codes, ensuring the design adhered to all relevant regulations and safety standards.
Finally, AE3 presented a series of elevations for planning review. These elevations offered a comprehensive view of the exterior aesthetics of the Tactical Training Tower, allowing stakeholders to envision the final appearance of the facility.
