This confidential aviation project transforms a 7-acre site into a flexible, high-performance campus featuring modern hangars and integrated office space. The first building includes a three-story, 15,000 SF core-and-shell office component paired with a mix of large and mid-size hangars, including four at 15,400 SF and five at 5,000 SF. A second building provides an additional three-story, 15,000 SF office element along with five more 5,000 SF hangars, supporting a range of operational needs. The site is planned with 90-foot taxiways and a 130-foot aircraft apron to ensure efficient circulation and airside functionality for diverse aviation users.
