Patelco Credit Union & Sprinkles Cupcakes - San Ramon Branch

AE3 served as Architect of Record and Project Manager for a unique 5,452 SF commercial venture at Bishop Ranch City Center that brings together Patelco Credit Union and Sprinkles Cupcake Bakery under one roof. The space was designed to seamlessly integrate a CALGreen-compliant commercial kitchen, point-of-service counters, office areas, and essential back-of-house functions, creating a cohesive environment that supports both financial services and food service operations. AE3’s design includes shared amenities such as restrooms, storage, and a community lounge with café seating that invites guests to enjoy baked goods or conduct financial transactions in a relaxed setting. Delivering the project through a full “turn-key” approach, concept development, space planning, interior design, construction documents, contractor selection, value engineering, and construction management, AE3 ensured a coordinated process, on-budget delivery, and a highly functional, innovative retail space.
