AE3 provided Construction Management Support Services for the Pacific Rim Region 9 Office Realignment Project at 50 United Nations Plaza in San Francisco. This project focused on optimizing the GSA Pacific Rim Regional Office’s operational footprint by consolidating personnel from floors 1–4 to a more efficient configuration on floors 2–4. This realignment reduced the agency’s total footprint from approximately 122,595 SF to 99,882 SF.
AE3’s scope of services included overseeing minor construction, coordinating IT cabling installations, managing the procurement and installation of modern furniture, and facilitating the seamless relocation of personnel. The project also involved meticulous planning to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing operations and culminated in a thorough and efficient close-out process. AE3’s expertise ensured the realignment met the functional needs of the agency while adhering to project timelines and budget constraints.
