GSA, Phillip J. Burton Federal Building And U.S. Courthouse, U.S. Trustees Relocation Project
AE3 provided Construction Management Support Services for the US Trustees Relocation Project at the Phillip J. Burton Federal Building in San Francisco. This project focused on revitalizing and reconfiguring approximately 9,000 SF of previously vacant space on the 1st and 5th floors of the landmark building at 450 Golden Gate Avenue.
The scope included finalizing design elements and overseeing tenant improvement construction to deliver modern, functional spaces tailored to the needs of the US Trustees. AE3’s responsibilities spanned critical phases, including construction oversight, system commissioning to ensure operational readiness and meticulous contract close-out procedures. The team’s expertise ensured the project was executed seamlessly within the constraints of the existing building while maintaining compliance with GSA standards and federal requirements.
