LAWA Lot F Rehab Project
The Lot F Parking Structure is a 553,370 SF, 1,700-stall garage located atCentury Boulevard and Avion Drive. In 2018, LADBS determined the facilitydid not comply with the City’s Mandatory Earthquake Hazard Reduction in Existing Non-Ductile Concrete Buildings ordinance. In response, LAWA launched a targeted evaluation under its Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) program to ensure parking infrastructure meets modern safety standards and enhances the traveler experience in time for the upcoming Olympic Games.
AE3 Partners, in collaboration with Steinberg Hart, is supporting LAWA byCOMPLETION evaluating options ranging from $55 million for minimum seismic upgrades to $187 million for a new 2,000-stall facility. Our team provides feasibility studies, design recommendations, and cost analyses to guide decision-COST making. Once a preferred alternative is selected, we will advance the project through the Basis of Design phase, ensuring the Lot F improvements align with LAWA’s objectives of improving safety, operational efficiency, and a seamless, world-class experience for travelers arriving at LAX during the Olympics.
