Lowell Street Condominiums
AE3 designed the Lowell Street Condominium project, a striking three-story, seven-unit residential development built atop a new garage using podium construction. The diverse unit mix includes loft studios, as well as two- and three-bedroom, two-bathroom condominiums, offering flexible living options for a range of residents. This project not only redefined the local architectural landscape but also led to the creation of a new zoning designation (HBX-1), specifically tailored to support its unique design. This zoning type has since been applied to other city developments, marking a lasting impact on urban planning in the area.
