As Associate Architect to Steinberg Hart, AE3 provided design support for this 147-unit, multifamily housing community. The project includes 14 studios, 92 one-bedrooms, 39 two-bedrooms and 2 two-bedroom / lofts. Additional features include a community center, courtyard, fitness center, two outdoor dining areas, waterfall feature, dog wash, car wash, 9,000 SF of retail and a 147-car ground level and subterranean garage.

The main façade facing Fourth Street is six stories, stepping down to five stories, with a glazed ground level retail frontage that steps in and out creating an interesting community experience. The project is pursuing LEED® Silver.
